I appreciated the modern design. My room had very comfortable lighting. The rooftop ambiance was superb. I never waited long. The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff helped me find a great coffee shop nearby.
The snack selection in the mini-bar was somewhat limited, lacking variety.

Staff offered prompt responses to requests. Concierge service provided helpful directions, even during peak hours. The front desk was available 24/7, a detail that greatly adds to the convenience of the experience.

Amazing Anniversary Stay!

The staff were attentive. They helped organize balloons and a banner for our room as a surprise! The hotel had funky decor and a rooftop bar with great tunes and cocktails. The location was close to beautiful restaurants and just a walk from the city!
I could hear some traffic noise from the 7th floor.

The reception girls were polite! They were very helpful too. I appreciated their willingness to assist with all my inquiries, they ensured my stay was comfortable and stress-free.

The hotel provides nice high ceilings. The room service attendant were pretty good. He even fished out some of our things from the bin when we accidentally left them on the room service tray!

i REALLY enjoyed the complimentary in-house movies, the snuggly robes, and also the amazing room service. gillie's unexpected upgrade was just fab, thanks a lot! the a la carte breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fantastic, this made it a fantastic staycation. i will definitely return to this location next time i am in town!
the communication from the staff was definitely poor, i had questions and was promised a follow-up email! weeks passed, and i got NOTHING regarding my concerns about the room size and cost. it's ridiculous, they just brush you off at the front desk.

The check-in was very good, and the staff was polite. Gillie, in particular, was super helpful. the front desk and rooftop bar provided good service, so the staff was always friendly and willing to assist with requests. it's rare to find such good service!

The room was spacious, offering a relaxing environment and super comfy bedding. The hotel provided complimentary in-house movies ! dyson hairdryer and kevin murphy products were available in the room, so i didn't need to bring my own. the room was stylish

The rooftop at qt offered a great vibe. I could pop up there for a quick drink, and it had such a good atmosphere! the hotel gym is small, but it contains everything you need for a good workout. i spent a few hours
